Dongguan Musheng Lai Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. We are a manufacturer specialized in the design, development and production of wireless Bluetooth headphones and computer headsets. There are many domestic and foreign patents. Our company has 30 sales staff in the domestic market, who can provide professional one-to-one sales services. We have 5 experienced engineers in the factory and a workshop covering an area of 3,000 square meters with about 50 workers and 4 production lines.

We have a variety of advanced production equipment and a variety of production lines, such as injection molding machine, testing machine, heat sealing machine and so on. Our production capacity can meet a large number of OEM/ODM orders, with a production capacity of up to 10,000 units per day.

Implementing Strict Quality Control
Our production process is very strict and professional. From the beginning of purchase, raw materials must pass strict inspection. After testing, they will be loaded onto the production line and we will continue to upgrade the motherboard and weld. Our QC will check the welding effect and the motherboard will be assembled. The QC will also test the semi-finished product, assemble the strap, set the screws, and test the entire machine again. The finished product then enters the packaging line. After packaging, the finished product is checked again. We will carry out 100% inspection before shipment to ensure that all products are qualified.
